    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all AICC policies and requirements.

    • All events must comply with AICC guidelines

    • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking permitted on AICC property.

    • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

    • All decorations must be temporary and may not damage the facility.

    • Events must conclude at the approved end time.

    • Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.

    • If approved, I agree to sign a rental agreement and provide required deposit.

    • Any changes must be communicated in advance.
